✹ Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door.
✹ You will require a community amenity pass to access the Emerald Lake Community amenities, which you can purchase online using your cell phone. We will send a QR code with a link to the app after your booking is confirmed.
✹ Amenity pass fees per person (current as of March 2025): $20 for a 1-day pass, $30 for a 3-day pass, or $50 for a 7-day pass. The fee is not included in your booking. You can purchase the pass either on the app or at the welcome desk. Children aged 2 and under are free of charge.
✹ Pine Tree Lake is a short walk (5 minutes) from the house. Access to swim and use the playground is included in your amenities badge.
✹ Please note that the distances and travel times provided are approximate estimates based on Google Maps. Actual travel times may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and the route taken.
✹ You can rent a boat or bring your own to go fishing on the lake. If using your boat, you will be asked to pay a $15 registration fee. Please note that only electric boats are permitted; no gas motors are allowed.
✹ The lake is home to plenty of bass and other fish. Please note that fishing in PA is subject to a fishing license, which costs about $30. Application for a license can be made on the PA Fish & Boat Commission website. Catch and release only.
