We had a great time at the Villa! The host was friendly and accommodating to our group of 12. We loved the large space, especially the pool, hot tub, and sauna.Couple of comments - if you're expecting a 5 star, full-service resort, then you may want to look elsewhere. There are pellet stoves that you'll need to fill twice a day during the winter season. My family loved the rustic feel of the villa and we don't have any issues with some minor hands-on work during our stay. The views from the villa are tough to beat!

beautiful Dolomites

Villa Mazzucco is spacious, in a beautiful location and has some great facilities like jacuzzi's and an indoor pool (but is also a bit old and dusty). The house is well situated for hiking and cycling trips but most shops/bars/restaurants are not at walking distance. The owner is very helpful.

Dolomites Stay 2023

We liked the property, great views and the good location. There was lots of room and equipment and the swimming pool worked well. We could not switch the hot tub off, which may have added to our electricity bill which we paid at the end of our letting. The automatic gates to the property stopped working half way through the vacation but we opened them manually. The owner's representative was very helpful until we had a dispute with the owner over the breaking a curtain rail by our 3 year old grandson. The bill was high and frankly the curtain should have been better fixed. Our overall impression was that the villa is in a lovely location but most of the fittings were rather tired.

Perfekte Lage für Motorradausflüge. Schönes Haus und Garten

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Viel Platz für größere Gruppen und ein schöner Garten für den Hund. Die Stromkosten moderat für das Angebot (Pool und Whirlpool). War ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Bellissimo centro benessere

Casa molto grande e pulita dove ognuno trova il proprio spazio ma non adatta a bambini piccoli in quanto ci sono molti pericoli: scalini e stufe a pellet. Andrebbe messa qualche protezione almeno su queste ultime in quanto con bambini piccoli c è davvero da avere paura a lasciarli liberi di muoversi. La casa di notte risulta molto fredda se si dorme chiusi in camera non essendoci riscaldamento ma solo una stufa a pellet nel corridoio e secondo me quando si viaggia con amici e parenti è giusto avere la propria privacy. Il costo extra delle utenze oltre al soggiorno è spropositato in quanto, vista la zona dove si trova la villa, il prezzo richiesto del soggiorno è già abbastanza elevato. I proprietari persone molto disponibili per ogni evenienza e tutto sommato un bel soggiorno. La chicca di questa vacanza è stato sicuramente il centro benessere: da 10 e lode.

Soggiorno di 3 famiglie con adolesxenti

È stata una bella esperienza e siamo stati molto bene. Il check out alle 8 di mattina in una proprietà con 15 persone è molto fastidioso; sarebbe bastata anche un'ora in più per rendere tutto più facile, tanto più che nell'annuncio diceva 8:30. Capiamo la pulizia in tempo di COVID, ma si sarebbe potuto spostare il check in della famiglia successiva di un'ora sola per rendere l'uscita meno difficoltosa. Aldilà di questo, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e i proprietari disponibili. La proprietà è molto bella, con ampi spazi comuni. L'arredamento e gli interni sono della struttura originale, quindi un po pesanti, ma la struttura era pulita e spaziosa. Ottima posizione.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Leider konnte die Sauna nicht benutzt werden da sie nicht richtig warm wurde (nur 40 Grad warm). Die Küche könnte erneuert werden. Die Pelletsofenheizung im Haus erfordert eine tägliche Auffüllung durch den Gast. Die Adresse (viale 4 Octobre) kennt kein Navi und der Eingang ist schwer zu finden. Ansonsten ist die Villa gut ausgestattet und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
