"No AC on third floor so in this heat it was hot throughout the stay, fans were provided but doesn’t match AC. Male receptionist was lovely and very helpful. We had an issue with maintenance in our room- but this was unresolved and not followed up on. We couldn’t wait in the room all day for someone else to show up as it was so hot. In general nice hotel in good location- 8 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to town centre for restaurants. Parking had enough spaces and the area where hotel is located is quiet. Pool is smaller than pictured and had swim lessons going on so half was occupied- but weather was so nice we went to the beach anyways."

"This place has a quirky charm. Décor is a bit dated, a few creaky floor boards but offers a cheap comfortable stay with amazing staff who go the extra mile. It's ideally situated for a brisk 10 min walk into Bournemouth. Has a small pool and games room which is great to keep all entertained."

"Fantastic family stay! Highly recommend.We stayed as a family of four and were incredibly impressed by the entire hotel. Our room was both spotlessly clean and very spacious, giving us plenty of comfort. The swimming pool facilities are excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the sauna and steam room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!"
