What you’d expect from a Village hotel. Clean, convenient and busy. Food offerings were basic and fairly pricey, bar was busy and with plenty of sports shown on the array of TVs. Hotel is conveniently located between Bournemouth and Christchurch and has good capacity. Regrettably they have no secure bike storage and don’t permit them to be taken to rooms.

Clean, nicely maintained with decent facilities. Food is limited but acceptable, somewhat overpriced but for the location, understandable. Nice Starbucks. I was surprised to have to pay for car parking as there was a lathe car park, nowhere near full. Breakfast was limited choice but good quality, quite acceptable. Nice Sauna and steam, pool is also good but wasn't accessible one night out of two. Note that the pool and its facilities close at 8pm during weekends, not 10pm as during the week.

The whole experience from checking in with the very friendly staff to enjoying the bar late at night, lovely sleep at night, great breakfast in the morning and then swim in the pool was a joy for the whole family. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was brilliant , clean, tidy, comfy and modern, but I have to say that the experience was slightly ruined when we arrived to find out that we needed to pay for parking and for the use of the pool?? For £130 per night I would have thought that considering how basic the room amenities were (though they were a good standard) that parking and use of the facilities would be included. Otherwise it’s just the equivalent of a premier inn room.

Our usual place to stay when visiting family in the area. Good location and decent size car park. Pub/grill has a good crew working there, nice drink selection and food. Don’t do breakfast as weekend times don’t work for us.

The room was large and well appointed. The bathroom could have done with better clean. Rogue hairs on floor but everywhere else good. Apart from mosquito that ate me alive nothing but good to say. Ate in restaurant. Food good but very slow service. 55 mins for simple order. Would recommend overall

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor, very nice, lots of plugs and charger points and lovely walk in shower with non slip tray and non slip flooring in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed, it’s a regular hotel of ours we stay in, will definitely be back!

Very welcoming and efficient staff at reception, self check in also available. We stayed in a family double room with 2 large, comfortable beds. Tea and coffee available, but no biscuits though, and 2 glasses in the room but no water which was a little strange. Good size desk for working on, if travelling on business, with plenty of sockets including USB points as well as more socket/USB by the bed, which is always handy. wifi had a very good signal and easy to connect to. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer also in the room. Shower was good with both hand held and large rain type shower available. There was also ample space in the shower room however, it would have been better if there was somewhere to hang the towels as no towel rail. Water was hot and bottles of soap/shampoo were available. An average size Buffet Breakfast was on offer with a basic selection of items but as seems to be normal these days, the temperature was warm rather than hot for the food on the first day, on the second day though, it was much hotter. Food in the evening was of a very high standard and well presented, however on the Sunday night there was a new chef and the food did take over 90mins to arrive. Very clean room, as well as communal areas, large TV with good selection of channels. Lots of parking available at £5 per night, but even though EV charging is stated as available, it was only for 1 type of connection (CCS), unfortunately no type 2. Gym and Spa also available at £5 per day

Good family room. Ac was working fine. No minibar fridge in room. Asked room service to clean the room after 2 night stay and went out but it was untouched when I came back. Breakfast was ok. Pool was good. But spa facilities busy most of the time. Reception staff were very helpful. Overall good stay.
