"Excellent communication made check-in and check-out very smooth. Managers respond to questions quickly snd clearly. Cleaning staffs are friendly and work efficiently to make sure rooms are clean. Everyone is willing to help you to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Prime location with plenty dining and grocery options and convenient transportation. You will have an experience of living like locals. The only thing that makes it different from a high-rated hotel is that it is a residential building, and people living there include serviced apartment guests as well as local residents who either own the apartment or rent here for the long term. This means that there could be noises that is out of control by the management. "

"在交通方面，酒店接駁車只在晚上10點前提供服務，其他時間需要步行抵達酒店。然而，晚上周圍環境昏暗，路面缺乏足夠的指示牌，使得計程車的定位變得困難。在下雨天，容易踩進積水中。 抵達的第一天當晚，手持沉重的行李箱步行至酒店相當不便，計程車繞了很多個圈，也找不到入口，入住時發現洗手盆附近有前一位房客使用過的假睫毛，極不衛生，但因時間已晚，決定自行處理。第二天下大雨，晚間從地鐵站步行至酒店，由於指示牌不清晰，誤走了很長一段路，全身濕透。原定計畫於第三天使用酒店的健身室和游泳池，發現仍在維修當中。第四天升級至套房，但水流出呈現黃色，床褥帶有沙沙感，廁所近淋浴間發現前住客的髮夾在地上。臨近睡覺時間的第五天，發現飛蟻在床邊出現，告知房務人員後，對方表示由於房間長期開啟，飛蟻由門口進入。這樣的解釋令人擔憂，為何酒店會經常開啟房門，使得飛蟻進入，亦擔心酒店有沒有辦法保障客戶的行李安全。第六天大約早上九點，酒店房間的警報突然響起，驚醒在睡夢中的客人，導致無法獲得充分休息。酒店應定期檢查房間警報系統。服務尚可，但整體體驗令人失望。"
