「My teenage daughter and I were in a twin room. However, this was a connecting room with another family.
I could hear every noise from the connecting room. Not ideal. We had already unpacked before we realised.
Later in the evening, a guest was shouting in the corridor. He sounded disturbed. Staff escorted him down to reception.」
