「We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. Other travelers shouldn’t reasonably expect the same level of service, but you can rest assured that you will be well cared for and comfortable. My only caveat is the WiFi. It was spotty when we arrived and stopped working entirely the next day. If you require consistent high speed internet during your stay, you may need to reconsider. But if internet...

「A beautiful place to stay for anyone visiting Mont St Michel! Christophe warmly greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our thoughtfully prepared room, which included phone chargers and cold drinking water. He gave us some excellent recommendations about the local area. Christophe prepared a delicious and generous breakfast for us in the morning. We felt right at home at his accommodation! Christophe was a fantastic host and we will recommend this place to anyone going to Mont St Michel. 」

The whole building was full or character and very stylishly decorated to a high level with a selection of D-day memorabilia and information in the dining room. There was a good breakfast included of Croissant/Pain au Chocolate/Pain au Raisin and bread, preserves and cheese together with hot drinks and juice. "Really spacious room with duplex, suitable for family. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant on that night as it had been booked for other event. We couldn’t enjoy the night view from restaurant but we could have breakfast to enjoy the beautiful view of Mont St Michel.
However, the communication between hotel was terrible. Firstly, I received a email in French only talking about the access code of carpark. I requested for an English version but no response. I used Google Translate tried to get a brief idea & visited their official website to know more about parking issue, it came out totally different in reality.
On the spot, the access code was denied, parking lot was not correct.
I highly recommend those need parking have to confirm through the phone.
