We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was perfect for our needs! The breakfast lady was the best we've ever seen! The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. The location was close by the Texas Shakespeare Festival, which was the reason for our trip.

The breakfast staff, front desk and clean staff were excellent. The room was very nice, but the room was very humid. Everything felt very damp. That is my only complaint. Parking accommodations are excellent. Close to many places to eat.

The staff at this hotel are some of the kindest, nicest, hard working folks I have ever encountered on a stay. We had some stained carpet in our room, and the air conditioner was a little broken, but overall I would stay here again. I wish the chain would increase the quality of the breakfast offerings. The breakfast concierge deserves 10 stars though - she’s awesome and on top it!

Hotel staff was as friendly as could be. The rooms were clean as was the hotel itself. They have a free happy hour for guests and a complimentary breakfast that was pretty good as well. Will definitely stay again if I need to stay in Kilgore.

Pretty decent hotel for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The biggest downside was the elevator, which is very slow and feels a bit outdated. The continental breakfast could also use some variety, as it’s pretty much the same thing every day. The pool has been closed for a long time as well. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, just a few things that could be improved
