There was a pet deposit of $50. This is double what other hotels have charged. The location is good. Breakfast terrible! But the pet deposit is a deal breaker for me. I will stay elsewhere in the future!

The hotel was clean and in an area with shopping. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. It was basically cold food only. Cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, oatmeal and bagels. Next time I will stay at Tru.

The room had an odd smell. The AC was good. The microwave looked dirty and outdated. There was a spider and a roach in the room. The bed looked clean. Learning how to use the WiFi was difficult as I had to look it up online. Customer Service was great. The entrance look dangerous as there is a giant slope by the front. Kids above my room kept stomping, which I heard at night. The bathroom door closes automatically, which is not great if you want the door open.

I forgot my brush but the front desk had a comb. The place was super clean, the beds were comfortable. The shower gel was nice. This was my first stay at a Spark by Hilton and I was happy.

Spark by Hilton in Longview Texas

Very nice/clean hotel. Everyone there was super nice and seemed to actually enjoy their job. Hotel is near several nice restaurants. We will be staying there again.
