“I’ve stayed in Hiltons as an Honors member for many years. This particular Hilton does not meet the high standards of the other Hiltons where I have stayed. The elevators need replacement, as they are VERY slow.The toilet paper dispenser in my room was hanging crookedly so the roll kept sliding off. The oddly-placed hand sanitizer station in the middle of the hallway of my floor was broken and hanging by a thread. Hopefully, the hotel will fix these items and also embark on some major……

“The location is good with lot of restaurants, shopping within walking distance. The room was clean and there was room service. Very convenient spot if you want to travel to hersheys chocolate world and do iconic Philadelphia tours. Some of the best restaurants and breweries are nearby. ”

“This boutique hotel was all I was hoping for. Its quaint, quirky and filled with charm. The owners really know their vision and made it happen. Super comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and heavenly comforters. Books everywhere. Location was perfect as its within walking distance to anything you need or want. Owners were very nice and helpful. They can get or find you whatever you need. Kcups and tea with sugar, and creamers are included. The little box of shampoo and soap and conditioners……

“Property going through what looks like renovations multiple rooms windows wide open see ceilings ripped down, lobby smelled clean as soon as you walked on elavator to go to 2nd floor you got a musty smell, a.c. in room blowing out musty. Bagged breakfast with warm yogurt no complimentary coffee other than what was in your room. Outback pavilion area was trashed with tub and fireplace broken up. ”

“Complimentary coffee is excellent, however, it does not provide free breakfast, or I shall say that the price does not include breakfast, which seems to be not the common measures for the hotels in the same area.”

“We were giving our first room,toilet leaked all over,given a second ,toilet didnt flush,sink leaked,little hot water. Was not a fun stay”

“No hot water in my room when I was taking the shower. It is ridiculous, but the anything else is ok on average. The price is also good. ”
