"NO BREAKFAST!!! They advertise breakfast, but its only coffee, & packaged donuts! Hall ceiling tiles are filled with black mold. The only pleasant thing I can say is the room was clean, nothing was broken,
Also I booked through Expedia, but it's less registering at the hotel."

"Absolutely horrible conditions bed bugs dirty smells and holes in bedding and not safe conditions to stay in. Back door broke drug deals going on in the motel people hanging out in the hall way. Do Not stay in this place needs shut down. "

"This was the BEST vacay home we've ever stayed in. Shannon thought of absolutely everything! Check-in and check-out was easy. She gave very detailed instructions regarding every aspect of her home. Shannon thought of EVERYTHING! Comfortable bed linens & pillows, fully stocked kitchen with snacks, water, coffee pods & creamer, spices, ziploc bags, everything! She had extra towels, bathroom essentials, and all the comforts. Love the space, decor, location, parking. Everything was SUPERB! We highly recommend Shannon's home and will definitely stay here again when we return to Chatanooga! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable in every way! "
