"The house was beautifully well appointed, it was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The outside areas were lovely to sit out in the evening. The little touches like shampoo, conditioner and body wash, coffee pods and creamer and the complimentary wine was fabulous. The kitchen had all you could need. Hosts very easy to communicate with and check in and out was very smooth."

"We had one problem with the house car, but the front desk manager immediately picked up on it and took care of it, as well as writing me an extended email apologizing and stating what they will do better in the future. "The location is Key for a lacrosse tournament at the polo fields. But it definitely hasn’t been updated in a while. One thing I can say for sure are the Sheets are incredible. Best sheets I’ve ever slept in. The staff is very accommodating and did a great job just a little loud from the freeway so there’s a sound machine in the room, but it is very nicely upgraded to a nicer room."

"The check and checkout process was seamless. This property met all of our expectations. The house was well equipped with everything we need to cook in the kitchen to sit on the beach for several hours in beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrellas. The outdoor amenities were absolutely fantastic the hot tub, the grill and the extra furniture. When we return to Santa Barbara, we will definitely rebook at the same property. The location was walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops shopping. 10 out of 10."
