  • Enjoy complete privacy and mountain views at "Casa Rural Atalaya en Coy," perfect for a relaxing getaway. This two-story property features a living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Amenities include a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, a traditional wood-fired oven, TV, central heating, fan, and washing machine.



    The private outdoor area offers an east-facing porch—ideal for winter sun and summer shade—decorated with natural plants. There’s a large table, chairs, hammocks, barbecue, and cooking utensils. Nearby you’ll find restaurants, shops with essentials, and takeaway food. Public transport links are within walking distance. Local attractions include the ethnological and artisan weaving museum, the Argar archaeological site (Bronze Age), the "Los senderos del sol" hiking route, and a thousand-year-old holm oak 5 km away. The natural river pool of Coy is just 65 steps from the house. You can also explore the wine route, organic cheeses, and homemade cured meats.



    Bookings for 7 guests are only accepted for families. The property offers 3 on-site parking spaces and free street parking. One pet is allowed for an extra fee; please inform the host in advance. Smoking is not permitted.



    There is no air conditioning, but the stone walls keep the house cool in summer. Fans are provided. Water-saving systems are installed. Minimum booking age is 25. No parties or events allowed. Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal are available for an extra fee and always upon request.

Casita preciosa y bien conservada

Pros: La casita era perfecta, cómoda y surtida de todo aquello que pudimos necesitar, aunque, sin duda, lo que resalto es que la anfitriona es majisima, se implicó en explicarnos todo, incluso los orígenes de la casa y todo aquello que pudiese ser de interés para nosotros. En definitiva, nos hemos ido contentos y, de verdad, ella un encanto de mujer.
