This modern and comfortable two storey townhouse is in the heart of the Grand Pacific Apartment complex. A short stroll to town and across the road from the pier, make sure you take the fishing rods with you.
Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, bathroom with washing machine and dryer.Take a walk upstairs and a great sized kitchen awaits along with super comfy recliners in the living room to kick back and relax.
Perfect for a quick weekend getaway or to stay a little longer and enjoy all Lorne has to offer.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Basic but ok
We stayed over the long weekend so understand the cost is peak however this property is very basic.
No aircon only stand fans, one roll of toilet paper and no bin bags left.
The property was not cleaned very well with dirt, dust and spider webs around.
Property could do with some basic upgrades to improve experience.
The location is lovely just a nice simple walk into town and check in process was very easy.
