The townhouse itself is set across two stories with four bedrooms with bedding that will accommodate up to 10 people plus two bathrooms.

It boasts to having a wonderful makeover including a new kitchen complete with all new appliances, granite stone benches, both bathrooms have been completely reformed including granite benches, the property has newly installed hard wood floors and been freshly repainted throughout. It’s simply beautiful.

Upstairs you will find the main bedroom with en suite, open plan living complete with a 12 seater extension dining table and chairs and a spacious deck complete with a hammock. Downstairs has three bedrooms one with a double bed, the pool room with a newly installed double and King single bunk and a further bedroom with a King single bed and King single bunk beds, the second and main bathroom is downstairs and also a bonus pool table. The property is modern and elegant and has a relaxed and very private feel, seldom found in such a central location.

Bedrooms are warm and well appointed with the spacious master bedroom fully en suited. Books, games and movies, along with the pool/games room are a perfect if the weather turns, or for simply hiding out and relaxing with the family or friends. The North facing deck basks in sun for much of the day as does the main living room. Other features include rear courtyard with outdoor shower installed, reverse cycle air conditioning, full laundry, well equipped kitchen and electric BBQ. Parking space for one car is available. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”.
