Excellent apartment

Fabulous 2 bed apartment. Comfortable furniture. Stayed with husband and mother. Can walk to local pub/restaurant Spinosas. Everything walkable, but we had a car. A couple of minutes walk to beach.

The apartment suited our needs perfectly. It was the ideal location being 100 metre from the beach & the Spinosa Beach bar. We spent many hours watching the kite surfers. We have been to the resort many times & choose this location, The apartment was well appointed & had a very effective AC system. Everything we needed & we will be looking to go back some time in the future.

Great location

This is a lovely property which is steps away from the beach and in walking distance of the shops and restaurants (15/20 minutes beachfront stroll). The property was lovely and clean and the communication with the owner was excellent. The owner was also easily available to contact if we had any issues, which thankfully we didn’t. We didn’t use the pool area as it was November, but it looked lovely and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beach location.

Great apartment with the best location

This apartment and the location could not be better. We really enjoyed our stay. A little problem with the AC the first week but Jo did her best and solved everything. The beach is great and Spinoza and the other beach bars are lovely. We hope to be back very soon and do recommend this apartment. Thanks Jo!

El alojamiento estaba bien, situación muy buena. El complejo tiene dos piscinas pero sólo puedes hacer uso de una, la más pequeña, que con 8 personas ya estaba llena así que apenas fuimos. La comunicación con Jo fue muy buena.

Jo was a great host. The apartment is as described and right by the beach. We came for kite surfing and had a 2min walk to the spot - perfect fit.

Si, pero no

El complejo de apartamentos está situado en pleno paseo marítimo, sí que es cierto que al principio del pueblo, y lejos de casi todo, pero también es más tranquilo. La piscina está bien, aunque es muy pequeña. El parking está bien, pero si te dan llave, claro. Estuvimos 15 días, y sin funcionar la llave del parking. MAL. Los apartamentos están muy bien, ya habíamos estado en otros apartamentos del mismo reciento, de otros propietarios, y por eso conocemos el estado de los apartamentos. Este apartamento en concreto NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Hay muchos desperfectos, muchas cosas rotas, se nota que se dedica a alquilarlo sin cuidarlo ni hacer el mínimo mantenimiento: enchufes rotos, cortinas rotas, cajones que no abren, cajones que no cierran, sofá que da grima, que polipiel se deshace, sillas que se cae la polipiel a trocitos............ Nos cobraron un plus de limpieza, y no vinieron a limpiar,pero tampoco avisaron, ojo, que tuvimos que reclamarlo. Cierto es que lo al final nos devolvieron el dinero, pero estaba SUCIO a más no poder, la cocina sobretodo, con goterones de aceite por todos sitios. Que si te devuelven el dinero de limpieza,.... ok, pero es que debería estar limpio sin cobrar nada a parte. Y amén de pasarte el primer día de vacaciones limpiando y pasando todo por lavadora y lavavajillas, porque cualquiera se fiaba.... y suerte que me llevé de casa una funda de sofá. Tema dinero si pagas en euros: vigila. La reserva de paga y señal y la fianza se paga en libras, así que si desde el momento en que pagas hasta el momento en que te la devuelven el cambio libra-euro es diferente, has perdido dinero. Si eres una persona tirando a poco limpia que te importa poco el estado de alojamiento, es perfecto para tí. Si eres de otra pasta y te gusta alojarte en un sitio limpio, lo mejor es buscar otro alojamiento. Y no hay problema, porque en el mismo reciento se alquilan varios, y de otros propietarios, limpios y bien cuidados.

Clean modern apartment

apartment was clean modern and had everything you need available. the umbrellas came in very handy for our stay. A few steps away from a lovely promenade with beach bars serving good food.

Nice property good location

Well equipped property, only thing missing was local information about resteraunts and bars. Not too much of a problem as we looked up on the internet. Would certainly recommend. A lot of easy walks near by as the land is very flat
