Having direct access to the beach was incredible. We enjoyed our walks along the shore and afternoons lounging by the private pool.The location is peaceful and quiet, with plenty of privacy. “My family, friends and I had a wonderful time in this Jaco beach house. The location was perfect for our surfers and all the rooms were fantastic! Attached bathrooms for all but one room provided a luxury that can't be understated.The large, well stocked kitchen and super long dinning table made cooking and eating meals a joy. The daily cleaner made cleanup easy. The nightly security guard was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone travelling to the Jaco area and……

“Unknown to us, Punta Leona and Playa Blanca are inaccessible unless you are staying within the private area. The view from the condo was stunning, and it was just as described in the listing. I will note that I would recommend bringing groceries with you, as the road out of the area is about 15 minutes (and who would want to leave once you arrive?). Herve was extremely thorough with directions to the place (it would be hard with the detail) and was very responsive throughout the process. ”

“One of the best family vacations we have had in Playa Hermosa. House was perfect, clean and perfect size for a large family. House has everything you need. David answered all my questions and the property manager was very helpful. The property staff were so kind and helpful. House is in one of the best locations and close to everything you may need or want to see. The beach is not safe to swim but the beach is beautiful to sit on w/ beautiful sunsets, do wish the house supplied beach chairs.……
