2) Our home accommodates up to 10 GUESTS. Please no extra guests, including daytime visitors and overnight guests. We will charge an additional $50 for each additional guest per night.

3) Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door.

4) Our home is SHOE-FREE to keep the desert dirt & sand away.

5) Please NO PETS.
