Smoking is fine outside with doors closed and away from open doors & windows. Filming and photography for professional purposes anywhere on property is cause for immediate eviction. Owners really are easy going and friendly and very much enjoy guests enjoying themselves. Kids are definitely encouraged to be kids while staying. Owners are mostly unfazed by noise by kids or dogs and most adults within reason. The pool is 5ft at its deepest with stairs at each end. A 5 ft. safety gate may be used which surrounds the pool and spa for our youngest guests.
There are no restrictions for usage of the property, pool or spa EXCEPT any commercial or private filming or unauthorized parties of any kind which is a breach of rental terms. Termination immediate.
