This newly renovated home is located on the sand in the best practically private beach in Los Angeles just minutes from LAX. It comes with all new furnishings, an in-unit washer & dryer, and a bonus den room on the beach level! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 4 comfortably, which includes a master with a cal king bed and an en-suite master bath, a guest room with a queen bed and a den with space for a king size air mattress and direct access to the beach patio and steps to the sand. This beautiful property brings peace, a sense of calmness and a breathe of fresh air. Includes an attached two car garage. This cozy beach house can be your vacation haven to enjoy!

FANTASTIC!

Both the condo and the beautiful beach in front of it are perfect. The property is spotlessly clean and furnished with new and nice furniture, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans etc. The kitchen even comes with coffee, tea, sodas, spices, a bottle of wine - and several boxes of cookies! Haven’t seen that in a rental property in a very long time. I recommend it without reservation.

Fantastic property inside and out

I stayed at this property for just shy of a month. The location is perfectly situated beach front. It almost feels like a family beach and has a small home town local feel to it instead of a busy tourist trap. The neighbors all know each other and are friendly to guests as they pass. The house is great. Everything is clean from top to bottom and newly renovated. And the owner’s booking process is extremely simple, smooth with no hassle whatsoever. He attended to everything I needed very quickly. If every host was like this, it would be amazing. I highly recommend this house not just for the location but for the hospitality and it truly feels like a California hideout with quick access to everything you want. Not to mention a fair price!

Great stay

Beautiful property with fabulous views and sunsets. Bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Although we did not need to contact Howard, he was readily available. We loved the location. Playa Del Rey is a classic California town with easy access to restaurants. My two grandchildren stayed for a few days and had a "suite" to themselves. We look forward to a return visit.

Everything about our stay was incredible. Beautifully updated home, directly on the beach, picture perfect sunsets, ocean breeze and priceless memories. The home is exactly as pictured in the listing, if not better. Howard and Tara were amazing. We will definitely be back.

A jewel by the sea!

We loved every minute in Howard’s beach house. Beautiful layout and everything we needed for our month by the sea. We were even able to cook Thanksgiving dinner for our local family. Howard and Tara, the property manager, we’re always available to answer any questions we had. The location and the sunsets are enough to encourage someone to book this property but the welcoming atmosphere and comfortable interior will inspire many return bookings.. Thank you Howard!

Fabulous oceanside living!

We were the first guests at Howard's home. Admittedly we were a tad skeptical about booking a location with no reviews to guide us. We decided to take a chance and what a wonderful surprise!! We were greeted by his assistant, Tara, who was personable and professional and gave us a wealth of information about the area, in particular dining suggestions - she was spot on with super recommendations. The house took my breath away as we walked in and there was the ocean!!! It is a beautiful, extremely well equipped home. Being the first occupants, there were a few glitches which were immediately rectified when we connected with Howard. He was very receptive to suggestions and actually had items ordered and delivered the next day. We were more than pleased with the house, the host, the area and the amazing sunsets that we looked forward to on a daily basis. This is a true find!!! We would return in a moment!! Many thanks to Howard and Tara!
