Fantastic two bedroom in great Santa Monica neighborhood. Safe secure parking in private garage, washer and dryer is a plus. Great, walkable neighborhood. Will be back! Highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend and stay again! Great location, quiet neighborhood, loved having garage parking spot and washer/dryer access in garage. Was exactly as posted and loved having coffee on balcony! Very comfortable and every appliance and air conditioning worked beautifully.

Excellent!

The loft house was perfect in every way! The host provides great communication with directions and access. The property is very well appointed, new, with all the amenities you need. The host is easily accessible if you wish, but the space is very private and secure. I would recommend staying here and hope to visit again! Thank you for such a great stay.

Weekend in LA

My Mom and I visited LA for a long weekend and Deborah’s property was perfect for us! Great location near to the beach in Santa Monica, and it had plenty of space for us, and the dedicated garage spot was ideal. Deborah was responsive and her instructions were helpful.

wonderful stay

We so enjoyed our stay at this unique and beautiful property. It exceeded our expectations. We particularly enjoyed walks in the lovely neighborhood and to the beach and pier. We tried several of the restaurants in the book in the coffee table (our favorites were Piccolo and Cobi's) it was nice to see the recommendations. The windows let in amazing sunlight and the weather was perfect in April for opening them for the breeze. I was glad to have packed my sleep mask, though, those lovely windows let in a lot of light at night. I'm sure it would've been less if we had closed the shades all the way, but I couldn't bear to cover up the openness! Deborah was very quick to respond when I had a question. I'm so glad we ended up here for our Santa Monica trip.

Wonderful Loft House

Perfect spot to explore LA

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. 15-20 minute walk to a trader Joe’s and a great kitchen to work in. We loved the location and the separate spaces. Would 100% stay here again

Comfortable and quiet

Very comfortable property. Good location. Garage parking space is too small because there another car that is too close to the guest spot. We ended up parking on the street which was fine as there were plenty of spaces.

Wonderful Home !

Our stay was wonderful. We arrived and it was extremely clean and bright and cheery. Lots of windows and natural light and the location was perfect . There were plenty of fresh towels and a couple of water bottles in the fridge which was thoughtful. Check out was effortless . We highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely return!

Excellent location, quiet neighbourhood great property

This house was the end of our road trip through California and it didn’t disappoint. The property was exactly as listed. It is located in a nice neighbourhood and we walked to Santa Monica pier to enjoy restaurants and sunsets and walked back later in the evenings as well. It was great base to explore the rest of LA. The loft house had everything we needed and we would definitely stay again.

Modern loft in beautiful Santa Monica

We loved the place! The upstairs patio was lovely. Having a garage and washer/dryer was SUCH a bonus! Obviously the stairs (especially the small spiral set) are a bit of a challenge - big suitcases wud be hard to lug up to the upper bedroom. I would suggest a full length mirror added to that room. Our 24 yr old daughter stayed up there, worked from the desk part of the time and LOVED it!

Just a great place overall

Great stay!

My family and I stayed for the 4th of July weekend and had a nice time. The drive to Universal was only 30 minutes and the drive to the beach was 10. Nice little kitchen with all the utensils you could need, lots of streaming services on both TVs, clean, cute, and very comfortable.

Perfect Santa Monica Home-Base

The home was beautiful, amazing natural light from windows throughout the open floor plan. Comfortable living area, great full kitchen (we used most nights), Nestled on a quiet neighborhood street but just a short drive to Venice Boardwalk, Santa Monica Pier, & Marina Del Rey. We also had convenient drives to the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory, the LACMA, Walk of Fame, Beverly Hills & Rodeo Drive. We needed a location near the coast but reasonable commutes to everything else LA has to offer. Both bedrooms were comfortable and the loft room was exquisite. All of us took turns enjoying the roof patio as well and it was nice to have garage parking. Another special touch, and much appreciated, was the beach chairs, umbrella and towels available for our use. It was a very pleasant stay and the amenities were perfect.

Loft House - Santa Monica

My family loved staying at the Loft House for 5 days while we attended my sons’s graduation from UCLA. It had everything we needed for 4 people. We loved the cleanliness, location, quiet neighborhood, modernness, and other amenities of the Loft House. Host, Deborah, was just a text away when we needed her with an issue we had with the gas stove. Everything else was excellent. The only problem maybe the spiral stair case to the second floor that is steep and may not be good for older people or small children. Highly recommend staying here and will stay at the Loft House again in the future.

Appartement agréable

Appartement-maison très agréable dans un quartier végétalisé, paisible et sûr. Un garage est disponible pour la voiture. Tout est conforme à la description. -Prévoir juste un masque de nuit pour dormir le matin si vous êtes sensible à la lumière. -Il manque juste une machine à expresso si comme nous vous le préférez au café filtre. Bravo Deborah pour votre accueil.
