The hotel and staff are wonderful. There is a really nice mall across the street. The amount of homeless and crazy people present made it limiting in some areas and we always got back to hotel before dark. The walk to beach was great but very very disappointed in the beach itself. It's filthy and there are rows of garbage cans rows and rows in the middle of the beach. The smell is awful it's way to crowded and there are rat holes everywhere in the hill sides . If your like that kind of vibe it's perfect.

The CYM is in a convenient location and is walkable to shopping, dinning and movies. I would stay here again if I’m the area.

The room smelled like body odor/maybe possible pet. There was a bug crawling on the table when we walked into the room. Overall i was not too happy with the stay. Also valet parking was expensive and they charged tax for valet! I will not be coming back to this hotel.
