Newly remodeled spacious Spacious with a full bathroom guesthouse with private entrance and fully enclosed backyard. 

The open-concept layout includes a super cute kitchen, ample counter space, and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. It’s small but mighty! 

This guesthouse is connected to the main house (also listed on Airbnb) and they share the backyard.

Venture outside to the beautiful front yard or backyard, where you can soak up the California sun, host barbecues, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding. If you are traveling with pets, the backyard is fully fenced off so your precious pets won’t escape. 

Located just minutes from parks, shopping, and dining, this home offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.

Convenient location at a great property

This is a cute rental, great location, and inviting space. I did not think to check if there was central air conditioning and while there were a lot of fans and some sort of cooling unit,, it was very hot when I arrived and the cooling “system“ (fans and free standing unit) was a noisy experience.
