不滿：整潔度、登記入住、聯絡溝通和房源資料準確度
Got there 2 hours after check-in, room STILL wasn’t ready. Instructions said to use the access code that was given but there was never a code. Tried finding the code through the email that was sent same day to avoid bothering the property owner. After waiting a couple more minutes for a response, I had to knock on their door. They heard my knock and had sent me the access code. Once I opened the door to the room sheets and pillows from the bed had looked like someone had just stayed there. Restroom was dirty, towels weren’t cleaned, hand soap was empty including the body wash. Heard a knock on the door couple minutes after looking at the place, a towel was given to me and owner had apologized for the mess. Took 15 minutes for her to clean the room. Same night me and my boyfriend had got back from being out; the screen door was locked from the bottom. We were never given a key from the beginning…which was weird because the only way to lock the bottom lock from the screen door is with a key. Owners took 30 minutes to respond. Overall this stay was terrible and the place needs lots of attention. This owner should honestly shut the stay down.
