Hello and Welcome :)! I like to describe my apartment as mid-century modern meets French antique style. Everyone who has stayed in my apartment describes it as cozy and home-like and I pride myself on keeping it feeling like you're coming home at the end of work or a busy day exploring my city. You may use the kitchen or the living room––which is a communal area––or stay in the comfort of your own bedroom. Each bedroom comes with a desk and a TV with cable, a roku/firestick, and wifi access.
The space
My apartment is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, with added amenities such as a swimming pool and jacuzzi, tandem two-car parking, central air and heat, wifi, cable, in-unit laundry/drier, dishwasher, and is available for single bedroom (smaller or larger bedroom) or entire apartment.
The best part of my apartment is that it's in the city and very urban, but the street surrounding is a little quieter. You can go into downtown L.A. for the party, and then leave the party behind when you want to sleep and not be woken up with the noisier streets of the city center.
During your stay
I will strive to be accessible to you as needed during your stay. Unless I am traveling, I'll never be too far away, and you may reach me for any questions or concerns you may have. If you only rent out one bedroom, I'll be around to offer recommendations or to answer any questions you may have. I will also try to stay out of your way as much as possible if you prefer it :)
