BEDROOMS
Make your way up to the second floor using the stately floating staircase. Here, you’ll find the master bedroom with spacious his-and-her closets as well as an opulent ensuite bathroom. Step out onto the terrace and enjoy the view of the beautifully-manicured backyard while taking in the fresh air. Beside the master bedroom are three additional bedrooms, finished with carefully-curated furniture and decor. Downstairs on the lower level, two more bedrooms are waiting to be a sanctuary for guests. As comfortable as the bedrooms on the upper level, these lovely rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

BATHROOMS
Each of the 5.5 lavish bathrooms provides a quiet sanctuary for getting ready. Whether you prefer a relaxing soaking tub or a luxurious walk-in shower, this home doesn’t disappoint. You’ll find complimentary high-end toiletries and plush hotel-quality towels provided in each bathroom.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
On the first floor, the pristine kitchen is the perfect place to whip up all your favorite meals. Boasting Thermador appliances, a gorgeous stone-topped center island, and large glass doors that open up to the backyard and outdoor kitchen. Right across from the kitchen is the refined dining area. Not only will you have access to the entire property, but you’ll also have access to all the incredible amenities it provides. This includes the private pool and hot tub, the fire pit, the outdoor and indoor kitchens, the fireplace, the executive office, gym, free wifi, and sleek flat-screen TVs.

-Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.
-Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
