Safe and quiet neighborhood located centrally to all Los Angeles has to offer. The driveway may be potentially shared with another Airbnb guest. More than ample parking for everyone.

**House Rules**
Please include all adults, children, infants in counts.

Message us with child ages, arrival time, and any special needs/bedding requests.

Changes need approval. No unregistered guests or we may cancel without refund.

Profile: Phone number and real name. This is just to confirm you are who you say you are, nothing more.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3pm and after. The home has a smartlock and a code will automatically generate. The code will not work until the check in time of 3PM and response with “Agree” has been received.

NO SMOKING: If so, $500 Deep Clean. No smoking/vaping, flammable items. Kindly smoke outside, away from openings and throw away all roaches, cigarette butts, etc, in the trash can.

NO PETS: If so, $500 Deep Clean & we may cancel stay without refund. Trained Service Dog OK. ADVANCE notice required.

QUIET TIME: 10pm - 8am. Enjoy our home! But please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior or illegal activities. If so, stay may be canceled without refund. This is per the LA County Home Sharing Ordinance.

LINENS/BEDS: Kindly refrains from eating in the bedrooms.

KITCHEN: Wash any dishes, pots, pans, etc.

CHECK OUT BY 10AM (late check out needs OK 24hrs ahead.

UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50. If overstay impact next guest: 2X overnight rate. Fee is not an extension.

COURTEOUS GUEST: The cleaning fee is based on you being a “courteous guest”, which means treating the home with respect. Simple things like cleaning up after yourself, no unruly behavior, illegal activities, stealing, destruction of items/property. We try to be as accommodating and understanding as possible, however, if severe violations occur, fines may be imposed.

After booking, we do require you to upload an ID and sign a house agreement.

Spacious lodgings centrally located

This home provided a great space for our group. The extra bedding was helpful for the grandkids who wanted their own space. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed. Having access to the backyard would have been optimal but this was well disclosed in the description. Recommendation: Purchase a coffee maker with automatic shutoff.
