Escondido Escape - Modern Tri-level Mediterranean Beachfront Home
This property is only available for monthly stays with a minimum of 31 nights. If you are interested in short-term stays, please contact our concierge for your luxury travel needs.
Situated on Escondido Beach, one of Malibu's most private and sandy beaches. Tucked away on a private residential street for increased seclusion and tranquility. Enjoy bright, spacious interior design in this open concept layout, highlighted by large walls of glass and three oceanfront decks. Sweeping ocean, Catalina, whitewater, and coastline views from the main-level living room and designer-done kitchen with island and top appliances. Off of the living room sits a home office with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The beach-level great room is perfect for lounging or entertaining with its seamless indoor-outdoor flow to one of the most sought after, sandy beaches in Malibu. Wake up to captivating views from the primary bedroom and the spa-like bathroom with steam shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, and walk-in closet; three additional en-suite bedrooms complete the third floor. The fifth bedroom on the ground-floor doubles as a fantastic home office, guest room or gym.
Other amenities include: security system/cameras, several large flat screens, gated driveway, remote-controlled window shades, central HVAC, wine fridge and more. A highly desirable location, with immediate access to the famed Geoffrey's Restaurant and only a short stroll on the sand to Paradise Cove, this oceanside retreat is also close to Cross Creek and the best shopping, dining, surf, and entertainment Malibu has to offer.
Please Note:
- Due to manufacturer or user error, we cannot guarantee that the elevator will be in service. Please advise prior to booking if elevator usage is mandatory for your stay.
- Cellular reception in the area may vary depending on your provider. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend downloading Google Maps offline before your arrival. By saving the area in advance, you can easily navigate and access directions even without cellular service or Wi-Fi. This will help you get around with ease during your stay.
- No Garage Access
- Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.
- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
