Fully renovated modern furnished condo perfect for traveling nurses, entertainment industry professionals, foreign students, remote workers and and just about anyone wanting to experience the Hollywood lifestyle.

Recently fully remodeled with brand new Samsung appliances, Grohe bathroom fixtures, modern furniture (most are brand new) and 2 street facing balconies. The unit also comes with 2 tandem parking spots in a secured covered garage with 24 hour surveillance cameras.

Location = walker’s paradise! 5-15 min walk away from coffee shops, restaurants, music and acting schools, grocery stores, shops, the famed Roosevelt hotel, and many other Hollywood attractions. You don’t even need a car.
