As you step inside, you are immediately welcomed by the home’s original architectural beauty. Original hardwood floors, classic vintage windows, and elegant period light fixtures in the living and dining areas create a timeless atmosphere that reflects the home’s rich history while offering a cozy and inviting ambiance.

The living room features a relaxing atmosphere perfect for chatting or reading a good book. A smart thermostat ensures year-round comfort with easy temperature control. The fully equipped chefs kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from quick breakfasts to full family dinners.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy. The main home includes a plush king-sized bed, a comfortable queen-sized bed and a queen Murphy bed. The Murphy bed room has a desk for privacy for Zoom meetings.

The spacious pool room has ample seating with a 65-inch Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing evenings in. A full size adjustable desk for working while still enjoying family. For added flexibility, the detached Pool Room serves as a secondary sleeping area with two pullout couches, its own climate control system, and seamless access to the outdoor space, ideal for guests seeking extra privacy or a quiet retreat.

Step outside and experience a true resort-style backyard designed for relaxation and entertainment. The sparkling non-heated salt swimming pool and soothing spa create the perfect setting to unwind under the California sun.
