The space
This is a large house which you will find spacious for your group. The breakdown of the structure is as follows:
Master bedroom with a KING bed and a TV. Also includes a large closet. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a door which leads to the access to outside.
HUGE Living room with a Smart TV. The living room includes a couch and a coffee table. There is also a sun room in between the living room and the backyard.
There is a separate dining area with a huge table that includes 5 chairs and a sitting bench that seats 3 people, totaling 8 sitting seats.
Huge backyard includes two dining tables outside as well as a sitting area.
The second largest bedroom includes two twin beds, and a window door which leads to the backyard. Closet with multiple racks
Third bedroom includes a Queen bed as well as a closet.
Fourth bedroom includes a Full bed with a bookshelf and a TV.
Second bathroom is located right between the 3 bedrooms on the left side of the house so it's never far.
Between the furthermost two bedrooms you will find the washer and the dryer.
Guest access
Access is extremely simple. There is a smart keypad on the door, and you will be given the code with your check in instructions.
Other things to note
You can park in the driveway where there is plenty space. If you'd like you can park on the grass area of the front of the house as well. If you still need more space there is plentiful FREE street parking just look out for signs relating street sweeping and trash collecting for 2 days out of the week.
