The Space:

A gorgeous flower garden escorts you onto the front patio, where you will find a relaxing space with café table and firepit with chairs, all before you even set foot into the home. Once inside, you will be struck by the unique style and furnishings, with Spanish touches everywhere you turn. Two levels offer distinctly separate living spaces, providing you and your guests with room to spread out.



On the main level, relax in the living room with ample sofa and seating options, catching up on conversation after an exciting day at the beach. The open floor plan seamlessly flows into the dining area, where a large table with bench seating for 6 awaits an exciting evening of games or stories after enjoying a well-earned dinner. Speaking of food, the fully equipped, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances will inspire your inner chef to whip up a meal when you’re ready for some home cooking.



On the upper level, a separate kitchenette is the ideal space to set up a wet bar or afternoon hors d’oeuvres. A second living space with comfy sofa seating and smart TV is the go-to movie spot. If you’d rather spend even more time outdoors, take those drinks and snacks onto the deck with additional table and seating options, fire up the grill for a cookout, or take an afternoon nap on the private, shaded daybed.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and separate walk-in shower and spa tub.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a bunk with 1 full and 1 twin size bed, and a separate twin size bed. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, with 1 space in the garage.

• This home is pet friendly! Please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional daily pet fee of $30 per pet, per day will be applied after booking is complete. 2 pets maximum. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.
