Welcome to our stylish and charming home! This relaxing private 1 bedroom is newly renovated and on the ground floor of a very desirable and safe neighborhood of Torrance. There is a queen memory foam bed in the bedroom, separate dining room, comfortable living room with real leather sofa, full kitchen and spotless and beautiful bathroom

All local beaches are within 3-5 miles. SOFI & The Forum within 5-7 miles. All amusement parks are 20-40 miles. Northrop Grumman 1.8 miles, SpaceX 3.8 miles.

This charming newly renovated guest home is on the ground floor of a 4-unit building. The entire home has been recently renovated and newly furnished. This home is in the greater Los Angeles area.

Pros: very clean, host was very responsive, photos accurate, perfect size for a couple. Location close to restaurants and shops. Cons: no washer/dryer, street parking is challenging and night traffic noise.
