Charming Spanish style home in historical part of Long Beach, with pool, jacuzzi, in a resort style backyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a kitchen that is fully equipped, makes this a great home for small families and couples.

4 guests are included in the nightly price. After that it is an additional $25.00 dollars per guest per night extra, up to a maximum of 8 guests in total.

Long Beach quiet hours are from 10:00pm till 8:00am.
Long Beach pool/jacuzzi hours are from 7:00am till 10:00pm for VRBO/Short Time Rental guests.

NO parties/larger gatherings, and don’t use my home & yard as an entertainment hub. If you want to have a friend or family member over, no problem, but please give me a heads-up, and let me know how many people will be coming by and if they are staying the night. If they are staying the night, and the total amount is larger than 4 guests, an extra fee per guest per night will be applied.

My house is located in a suburban neighborhood, and out of respect for my neighbors, I can’t have any loud conduct on my premises. Thank you for understanding!
