Be one of the first to experience Lucia, Lady of Luxe. She welcomes guests with modern charisma and light.

Featured in premier publications such as the Robb Report, Dwell, LA Mag, Just Luxe, and hundreds more worldwide, the newly built, Glass Ladies, a trio of homes inspired by San Francisco’s Painted Ladies, are now available for bookings. This home is set to be available for Short Term Rental in the upcoming weeks.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.

The home can accommodate 12 people. If you have a larger party of 20 or 30, we can combine the two or three adjacent homes to accommodate your needs. We accept events with a maximum of 30 people per home. Two properties feature an intimate theater suitable for screenings or sports events, smart TVs, and electric fireplaces in most rooms, complemented by amenities such as a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, and a panoramic rooftop deck.

Inspired by San Francisco’s Painted Ladies, "The Glass Ladies" is a trio of meticulously designed glass-fronted homes built in 2023. These newly constructed, three-story single-family residences, crafted from glass and steel, are located in Los Angeles’ beach neighborhood of Venice.

Each Glass Lady is an epitome of architectural mastery, showcasing stunning all-glass exteriors that beautifully contrast with intricately designed interiors.

For those seeking different flavors, we also offer "Maya, Lady of Botanica," and "Loren, Lady of Deco". Dive into an unforgettable Venice beach experience with these modern architectural marvels.

The light switch on the main floor turns on the downstairs stairwell light. The switch works at the bottom of the stairs so we keep the lights on for your stay

CONCIERGE AND ADD-ON SERVICES
- Concierge services are available for an additional hourly fee.
- Inquire with your specific needs and desired experiences.
- Notify us 1 week ahead for the best planning and offerings.
- Additional cleaning is available during your stay at $600 per cleaning; notify us 72 hours prior, as weekends may be harder to accommodate.
- Additional cleaning would include washing of sheets, re-making beds, and cleaning of floors and bathrooms. For guest stays of approximately a week or more, Guests understand that someone will come to water the indoor plants during regular business hours. Guests also understand that the pool, maintenance, and/or landscape team will also have exterior access for their regular maintenance work during their stays.

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
- Responsible guest must send a clear copy (front and back) of their driver’s license.
- Provide a list of all guests staying at the property.
- This needs to be done 24 hours before check-in and before access codes are shared.

CHECK-IN/OUT & EARLY ARRIVALS
- Standard Check-in: 4:00 pm.
- Early Check-in: As early as 6:00 a.m. for half the fee of the next night; must be requested as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours before arrival. Depending on bookings, Early Check-in may not be available.
- Check-out: 11:00 am; No storage or later pickups are allowed for belongings.

ACCESS & LOCKS

PARKING
- Parking garage space available as well as one spot parallel parked in front of the garage

SALTWATER POOL & JACUZZI ***heating currently not available***
- Optional heating is available with associated fees.
- The fee to heat the Jacuzzi and Pool is $270/day (Guests must pay the fee for the entire time not just selected nights as it is programmed in advance and would not change during the stay). For this price, the pool will be heated to 84 degrees, and at any time you can switch to a jacuzzi to get to 104 degrees (time to heat est. at 2 hrs).
- The jacuzzi and pool are heated to 102 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit, respectively.
- Notify us 24 hours prior to heating arrangements; less notice might not guarantee service.

KITCHEN & APPLIANCES
- Cold water is available from the fridge dispenser.
- Instructions for the Miele coffee maker will be provided.
- Monogram microwave and Thor oven and stovetop

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
- Laundry facilities available with specific instructions for use.

SAFETY & REGULATIONS
- Notify if children (age 6 or younger) or non-swimmers will be present in advance for pool and alarm safety setups at least three days in advance. Host must also confirm.
- Trash disposal instructions provided; specific bins for trash and recycling.
- No parties or unauthorized events unless pre-approved by the host/owner. Event rates different.
- Adhere to the approved number of guests; additional ones need prior approval and may incur charges.
- Quiet hours: 10 pm - 7 am.
- No commercial filming or photography without permission.
- Prohibited items: fireworks, flammable substances, illegal substances.
- BBQ and firepit instructions provided for safe use.
- No smoking inside. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
- Fire Extinguisher

- In the event of a fire, immediately call 9-1-1
- Clear the area of all people and use the fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire yourself. If unable to extinguish, leave immediately to a safe location outside of the property.
