First of all the hot tub is amazing! The beds were comfy and so was the couch. It was clean and contemporary and homey feeling. When I’m in need of a place again in the area, this will be it.

Amazing Place and Better Than Expected

First and foremost this place was so well decorated and had everything we needed! The host was on point with instructions and communicated very openly. We celebrated my 40th here and the pool table room and hot tub made the trip a ton of fun. Would highly recommend this place.

The house was beautiful as pictured (or even better than pictured). Evan communicated with us often enough to make us comfortable and yet not be intrusive. Location is great with easy access to anything in LA. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stunning house. Great location

We stayed as a family with our teens and friends. The house is truly beautiful and very well decorated. Living room is very spacious and perfect to entertain or to just chill on sofa. The kitchen is all equipped with great amenities. The outside patio is so cute too. Finally the extra room with all the entertainment is truly the best. The kids as well as the adults loved it Property was very clean and communication was perfect. We will definitely be back. We loved it

Property was outstanding - meticulously decorated and maintained. Fun game room, great backyard area (unfortunately didn't get full use due to weather). Evan's communication was consistently timely and spot on; also, he provided great directions on how to navigate Laurel Canyon which can be like Class IV white water rafting!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Evan's place in Hollywood! The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of all the touristy spots, making it super convenient to explore everything. Evan was an incredible host, always responding in less than a minute and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself exceeded our expectations; it looked even better than the pictures! It was clean, stylish, and comfortable, making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a memorable time in Hollywood. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic stay!

We stayed in Evan's home during our recent trip to L.A. It was such a great home base for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all of the basic amenities, the game room was so much fun, and the back yard was peaceful and quiet. Getting out of the driveway could be a bit tricky, but we figured it out after the first day. Evan was very attentive and available to answer any questions we might have. It was central to just about everything. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend Evan's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the L.A. area!

Our family stayed here 2 nights and it could not have a better place for the 5 of us…..(two 16 yr olds, 21 year old, my husband & I) This adorable home is comfortable, clean, and overall just awesome! First of all…… the house is exactly as it’s pictured! Feels like a home you’d want to move into! The outdoor space is such a great extension of the living area & is quiet and private with a nice hot tub and plenty of seating. Location was perfect for us as well! Lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do! Close to Beverly Hills as well as Universal Studios! Would be a great place to stay for families with any aged kids and for a group of friends as well. The garage is made in to a game room/movie room/bedroom and is a fun addition to the property! The hosts provide all the amenities you need and were easy to contact! We look forward to booking this home again with the rest of our family!

Solar Eclipse Viewing Celebration

I booked this beautiful home for my birthday that landed on the Solar Eclipse in April 2024. Specifically wanted to be in the hills to be able to view the Eclipse and boy did it work out perfectly :) The driveway entrance/exit is a bit tricky but hey it’s the hills. The house was fully equipped with lots of cool amenities we thoroughly enjoyed! Such as the pool table, fire pit, hot tub,and nice serving dishes too! Happy when I saw it said the home slept 10 ppl but was confused when received multiple messages from host about noise complaints from neighbors from being outside. We weren’t being loud in my opinion, we were just a big group (again noise travels in the hills). Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Weekend

Up there with one of the best rental properties we have booked. Heres why: - Clean - Clear quick communication from from our host, Evan. - The house is incredibly well furnished with all of the amenities you could ever need - Location. Despite the typical traffic you'd expect staying anywhere in LA, it was very easy to get where we wanted to go. - The beds are actually comfortable Many reviewers have mentioned the street/driveway. Its tricky but not nearly as difficult to manage as we had expected. If you can manage it, back down the driveway. Makes for a much easier exit. Ubers and deliveries had no trouble finding us or managing in/out of the driveway. Just make sure to keep the parking spot at the front of the house clear for maneuvering. Road noise is present but never bothersome for us. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our 3 night 4 day stay & would return again. The home was comfortable for our family of 8. We visited both Universal Studios & the Santa Monica Pier that were short drives away. Although entry & exit into the driveway was a little tricky, we were able to fit both a Nissan Titan & Nissan Rogue into the available parking spaces. The home provides a setting to allow you to spread out if needed or congregate to enjoy family time. My oldest daughter, husband & 3 year old son stayed in the 1sft bedroom. Our 2 adult daughters stayed in the 2nd Bedroom. My husband and I stayed in the Primary Bedroom & our 15 yr old teenage daughter stayed in the rec room (she loved the loft bed & privacy). We were all very comfortable. The home was clean & felt private even though the homes in the area are on top of each other. We grilled & cooked most meals for our stay & the kitchen had all the accommodations needed to do so. We utilized most the amenities the home offered.•Drank cocktails by the outdoor fire pit•Took evening dips in the hot tub•Played the vintage arcade machine (my grandson loved it!)•Grilled steaks on the outdoor grill•Cooked & ate multiple meals in the spacious kitchen & dining room•Relaxed in the primary bathroom's soaking tub•Watched movies in the main living space as a familyI reached out to the host twice. Both inquiries were met with an immediate & helpful response that resolved my questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Nothing short of pure bliss

Location,Communication, Amenities-check check chrck The owner was quick to respond and beyond helpful. The house is exactly as it appears and has so many cool details not seen in the pictures. Like the super comfortable beds, soft towels, cute table games, etc. IYKYK (or stay and find out) The guidebook is super helpful and the drive seems to have changed every time we came and went. Partly due to navigation apps, but really because of all the great sights. Easy enough to get around. Just keep in mind, this house is in the hills. Which means twisty and windy roads. We had 2 cars on the property, so it is doable. The teenagers had a good time OFF their phones. I could go on and on with the good. Here’s the bad. No outside noise, which is advertised prior to booking. And that’s just what comes with neighborhoods and rentals. Just sucks cause the hot tub is so great. The turn out of the driveway can be “woah”. Just be patient. Could use 3/4 more cooking pots & pans. The kitchen in general is beautiful and we really enjoyed cooking. Just wished with such a big stove we had a few more options for pots and pans. They had enough to get through a meal. Just a suggestion.
