「the valet parking is 15/night。it was great the bed is nice。just little bit noisy at night」

「The elevator is a little bit old... the button was not function sometimes. The door of room only can be opened outwards, it is not what I expected. The restaurant at 1F is good」

「The hotel owner is very friendly and informative. Sounds like an old friend.」

「We never met the staff except a cleaning lady that didn't speak English! She was able to give us the keys and all turned out ok! The room are a little old fashioned, but the price made it okay! It was all we needed for the area!」

「The room was very pleasant and so clean. I'm a fan of Holiday Inn and any place that has the light, lingering smell of bleach. Parking was tough but if you get in early enough and don't move, all good. My sister and I chose this place for a mini staycation before a doctor's appointment. Will be back again.」

「Check in and out was pretty easy and straightforward. It’s a private property and always had a security guard at the door. It’s walking distances from convenience stores, which was very nice.」

「The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and sufficient for me and my nieces. It was a little noisy because the apartment is situated at a corner of one major road and a less busy road. It was also conveniently located near USC, which was why I chose this property. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely complicated and stressful. Before arriving, read all the instructions sent by email, not just the information on the booking platform. There are multiple access codes, including...

「At 7:15am there was a car parked right in front of my room BLASTING dance music with the doors open for almost a half hour. I was scared to leave the room or open the door. Front staff didn't answer when I called from the room, but when I called from my cell phone they heard me ask to have the car turn the music down. I would not stay again.」

「The room is clean and service is nice」
