Very friendly managers. The property is located in a safe and walkable neighborhood which is just south of Wilshire Boulevard and convenient to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

We never met the staff except a cleaning lady that didn't speak English! She was able to give us the keys and all turned out ok! The room are a little old fashioned, but the price made it okay! It was all we needed for the area!

This was a perfectly fine accommodation, run by some very nice people who live on the property. My room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. The area around the property is perfectly safe, just south of Wilshire Boulevard in what looks to be a relatively upscale neighborhood. Indeed, the location is close to ideal. I walked five minutes one day to visit the Los Angeles County Art Museum and the new David Geffen Galleries, and the Academy Museum, the Crafts Museum and the Petersen Car Museum are all about as close.

Nothing bothered me about my stay at the property for the staff. Parking is a little challenging in the area but wasn't an issue. The television and my room didn't work, other than that, no complaints.

Pour se loger dans un bon quartier à los Angeles il faut dépenser beaucoup d'argent. Nous avons donc trouvé ce logement qui est certes bien placé mais malheurement pas du tout insonorisé et se trouve dans un boulevard qu'en réalité c'est une autoroute ! Niveau bruit insupportable. Le seul point positif de ce logement est le parking. Pour le reste, je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement.

I was close to where we wanted to go, but when we got in the room we had a kill some bugs first, and then the pillows had visible dust and/dirt buildup on them.

Pros: Linens were clean & smelled clean, too. Shower seems new. Check-in was easy (we arrived between 9-10pm). Check-out was easy. Comfortable room. Bed was very comfy. Blankets & sheets were ample. AC was simple & powerful, once we figured it out. Cons: Toilet wasn't completely clean from previous company. Power switch on lamp was broken. You have to plug & unplug the lamp to use it. Not a huge issue but a note signifying this would have been nice. One or two more pillows would have been much appreciated. Walls are thin. You can easily hear your neighbors & their conversations. The property details say no pets allowed but, when checking in, there is a sign that says trained animals are allowed. (Unfortunately, our neighbor's dogs were not trained. They were both howling & whining.) Notes: Limited parking. Property details says there is free self-parking but nothing about first-come first serve because there weren't enough spaces. For those with ambulatory aids, there appeared to be only stairs leading up to the check-in office & to the rooms. Room locks were keys instead of digital card/swipe access. (Personally, I love that it was a key. I like analog more than digital. I feel like prices are lower when you don't have to pay for technology maintenance.)
