Stinky room, Ac leaked all over the floor making it wet, fridge smelled like ass, microwave? Didn’t even try to use it. There were roaches on my clothes when I came out the shower. All that was in the bathroom was a soap bar and an ultra mini packet of shampoo.

There was hair all over the sink and in the shower. The towels were dirty so just bring your own. Other than that it was a cool hotel. Depending when you go the parking could be full. I had to park outside near the store it was a short walk but it was a little annoying

The place is terrible—filthy, absolutely filthy. There is hair everywhere, and the sheets are dirty. I don't know why they sent me to that place; it's worse than the Motel 6.

Muy sucio, las habitaciones estaban usadas, olía horrible, todo estaba sucio, ha sido el lugar más asqueroso donde me he hospedado. Renté dos cuartos y fue una experiencia horrible para mis amigos también, ahora me siento culpable. Las fotos del lugar son engañosas pues cuando llegas ahí te llevas una terrible decepción.

I still have not received my refund. I have been waiting for 20 days and have made numerous phone calls to follow up. I also went there in person twice after being told that my refund would be processed. Even after contacting Expedia today, only one person reached out to me and said they would call me again tomorrow. However, I still have not received my money. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better communication and customer service.

Best weekend ever!!

Amazing weekend, front desk staff are super nice and helpful, hotel location is convenient to restaurants, shopping centers, and there’s a bar next door that plays all the jams and drinks area affordable.
