Charming Guest House, fully furnished, newly renovated, one half block from prime Santa Monica Beach. Use our bikes, surfboards, and beach games. Two outside permitted parking spaces included. Ocean views and breezes, lots of light, wood floors, and dutch fireplace.
Owner lives on the property with her very friendly dog. Lots of atmosphere. Private master bedroom with new queen size bed and living room with new twin sized cone daybed with a twin size trundle. Fully equipped kitchen allows for cooking your own meals.
A very friendly spot adjacent to four star hotels, the pier, nightlife, and wonderful nature.

Property is right behind a restaurant. They were cleaning the parking lot below our windows with a leaf blower at 7:15am!Also, there are 21 steps up to the unit. We are seniors, and with luggage for a 3-day stay, that climb was difficult. The stairs are not a standard tread—they were shallow and not deep enough for normal size feet.The apartment was hot. An air conditioner was in the bedroom but did NOT cool the kitchen or living room spaces.We would not stay again or recommend it to others.

Truly fantastic spot for my sons and me to spend a weekend. We had no issues with parking or anything else, and the house is lovely. You can tell it’s a home, not just a rental. And the host went above and beyond.

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and had an excellent experience. The host was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the booking and our stay. The property is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and several local activities. We would gladly stay here again on future visits.

Cannot beat the location! So close to the beach and pier which was fantastic. The house is behind a restaurant which I was not expecting. Our first night, there was a private party that didn’t get started until 10pm but luckily the AC window unit drowned out the noise. The only negative was parking. There are spots in front of the house but it’s first come first serve, so if we were lucky enough to get a spot we didn’t want to move the car and not everything we were doing was walking distance. Overall it’s a great place and would highly recommend.

Amazing place
We loved our stay here. The host was very responsive, super easy to check in, very convenient parking either on the street by the house or half a block down on the beach parking lot with provided permits. The area was close to the beach, restaurants and the Pier. We used the bikes provided by the owner and enjoyed nice rides along the coast line. Would definitely come back if we are ever on the area. Can't Beat Location
Walk out the front gate, look to your right, and you'll see the ocean! Walk down the hill, and you're five minutes from the pier! The apartment itself is spacious enough for a couple. We cooked several dinners and played cards with our son and daughter-in-law at the diningroom table. All appliances work. Good Wifi connection. The fridge is dormitory size, but you can use a regular one downstairs. Heaters in both the livingroom and bedroom. AC, too, but opening windows is better way to cool off. All in all, checked our boxes.
