This beautifully renovated custom Craftsman sits high on a hill along the iconic Sunset Boulevard. The home features two spacious patios with sweeping views, 4 bedrooms, 2 full designer bathrooms, a formal dining room, a cozy living room, and an oversized chef’s kitchen perfect for entertaining.

The neighborhood is vibrant and artsy,
you can stroll to some of LA’s trendiest restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, and nightclubs. You’ll also find plenty of healthy options, from vegan eateries and organic juice bars to a weekly farmers market with fresh, locally grown produce.

What’s Missing

For a few hundred dollars, maybe less, this would be a decent property. There are no towel bars in the bathrooms or hooks in the bedrooms, no bedside lights in master bedroom (a few pharmacy would work well in the limited space), the shower head in the second bathroom needs to be replaced or maybe just cleaned, and a few decent hangars, maybe wood or plastic, would be a big help. For the amount the owner charges, it would be nice to have a few extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towel. Overall, not recommended.

Beautiful house with a lovely swing!

The house looks exactly like the pictures. I wish we had more time to enjoy it and LA but we were there for a conference. The owner and her assistant were really helpful with anything we needed and responded quickly. I also left my keys and they were able to locate them for me and it was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion is to maybe have a step stool available for people. I'm short and couldn't reach the microwave which was pretty high up even for the taller people with me. Honestly, I recommend this home for sure and would stay again if I could. Lastly, the shower in the master TO DIE FOR!!

Great location and beautiful views, especial fireworks for New Years.

Beautiful old house. Lots of room. Central to lots of stuff. Very responsive to needs if owner is contacted. Enjoyed our stay very much. Could use better instructions in the unit. Easy to fix.

Great location

The house is very nice and located near good transportation options. We had a plumbing problem the first night. While the owners housekeeper was very responsive the problem was not corrected during our stay eliminating the use of one shower out of two. We had five people trying to get ready for a wedding with only one shower. The owner was not willing to fully compensate us for the inconvenience Abigail, the housekeeper gets high marks while we were disappointed with the owners response
