The property itself is visually beautiful, spacious, and located in a great area. However, we experienced several maintenance and upkeep issues during our stay that affected the overall experience.One dishwasher drawer repeatedly displayed an error and could not be used, the trash compactor was not working, and a smoke detector began beeping during the stay. After rain, we also noticed water leaking from a windowsill which resulted in water on the floor in an upstairs bedroom.In addition, some areas of the home showed wear that should likely be addressed for a property at this price point, including loose kitchen faucets, damaged flooring near the balcony and bathroom areas, a hole in the wall in the master bedroom from the door handle, and stained rugs and a pillow in the living room.To their credit, the management team did offer to send maintenance during the stay. Because we were traveling with a young child and had a full schedule, we chose to work around the issues rather than interrupt the trip.Overall, the home has great potential, but more attention to maintenance and quality control would significantly improve the guest experience.
