Thw worst experience and communication of my life. Host never answered attempted contact for 2 hours, she then said they had a plumbing problem and never got back to us. Had to stay at a hotel instead and fight to get money back. DO NOT BOOK HERE, A NIGHTMARE!

Great Location
We did a last minute trip and had a great stay. Central location, easy parking and checkin/checkout. Apartment was as promised. Clean and as promised. Would stay again as it was very well priced for other similar apartments in the greater Los Angeles area.

We went to CA for spring break, the condo is in a great location and has beautiful views from the balcony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.

View of rhe marina and the beach, good restaurants nearby, comfy beds and pillows, room for 6 of us in the living spaces. Host was very responsive and professional. Finding the lobby for grub hub was a challenge.

Weekend in Marina Del Ray
Beautiful location with amazing views. The unit is clean and had everything we needed! We even got lucky enough to visit the farmers market across the street on Saturday. I will most definitely be back to stay at the Blue Pearl again. Thanks for the amazing weekend!

Great Location
The condo is in a great location, a short walk to the Venice Beach Pier and many restaurants. The condo listed three bedrooms, but one 'room' was just part of the living room sectioned off by a folding screen. The listing mentions sleeps 8, but there's only the three beds, no sleeper sofa. The building is definitely older, but the location was as advertised. The condo we originally reserved had a plumbing issue and they moved us to the same layout on the 11th floor which has an amazing ocean view. The unit was missing most of the towels, but I found them mostly dry in the dryer. I was only able to get a response from the property manager on the day of our arrival, so my questions ahead of time about parking, etc went unanswered. But the location and amazing view made for a nice stay.

New Years stay
Very nice apartment on the eleventh floor of a high rise near Mother’s beach. Great views from the balcony and saw the fireworks in Marina Del Rey. Overall pleasant stay. Had several drainage problems in the bathrooms but fixed and cleaned up by Don (overseeing management) within a day. Suggest better information to enter into parking level. Picture given to me was for the wrong parking level. A couple of repairs needed: window opening handles loose and sills need cleaning. Sliding screen door to balcony needs repair. Don was immediately available by phone whenever I called. Overall a nice stay.
