This is a family property, We strictly Don’t allow parties events, smoke or any kind of drugs on our property.
We reserve the right to cancel your approved reservation at anytime.

Your original booking must accurately reflect the number of guests registered at your arrive.

Visitor not listed in the original reservation are not permitted on the premises without approval.

After 4 guests an $35 charge per person per night will be applied.

GUEST ACCESS:
You have access to the entire second-floor unit using the private main door entrance with smart-lock function, specifically dedicated to our costumes,
Code provided prior to arrival.

We have developed a brand new renovation on all the entire second-floor unit,
Creating space for 2 bedrooms 2 bath, kitchen/living room and also spacious balcony, for you to relax.

During your stay, will find out a comfortable queen bed in the master room with private bathroom , at the second room you will find two twins bed, both rooms with convenience size smart TV and additional Full bath on the hallway, also a middle size sofa bed in the living room.

All this in a spacious accommodation to feel comfortable from the beginning of your stay to the end, like "at home away from home".

PARKING:
Accessible parking entrance to your left of the driveway.
Please do not park your vehicle to right side driveway entry.
If you need extra space let us know.

Note; NO parking in the street on Mondays front 8am -12pm avoid city tickets.
TRAILERS/MOTOR-HOME are NOT permitted as per the city guidelines.

CLEANLINESS:
Nena's Home Adventure!
Has been maintaining strict cleaning and disinfection protocols in the premises.
After each check-out, we take the necessary time thoroughly disinfecting of high-touch areas, such as light switches, doors handles, remotes, countertops, etc, in addition to general cleaning.

Other things to note:
The host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other’s whom they invite to use this premises.

This property is strictly a pet-free zone due to severe allergies of the owner.
