"We called the front desk for more coffee that was never brought to us. The desk staff seemed to love very slowly so waiting to get direct help was also a pain. The staff in the cafe was very helpful. Shuttle drivers to Disneyland were fairly friendly as well. Will not stay again."

"Excellent location for Disneyland which the hotel clearly trade on. The whole place felt dated, the carpet was worn away in places, zero maid service one day and patchy service on the other two days. TV didn't work. Didn't visit the pool. Had a fridge and microwave in the room but no safe."
