We have several leaks in our hotel one by the bed and one out the bathroom door. We reported it nothing was done no commendations. Nothing. They just put down a towel to catch the leaking water. Shame !

The room was clean and modern and had all the amenities of a kitchenette. The property had a huge pool and its own beach club which was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole property still has construction going on, it didn't bother us at all and we didn't hear it from the room. ...

Très mauvais accueil aucune aide de bon sens, aucune initiative pour le respect des clients Très bruyant : une douzaine de personnes criant dans la piscine à 22 h, une famille parlant extrêmement fort Eau froide, rien ou poser dans la salle de bain, sol extrêmement glissant et aucun tapis de sortie ...
