Villa La Estancia - Your Home by the Sea! Oceanview luxury, two-bedroom, three full bath condos with all the amenities of a five star hotel but all the comforts of home. We have a Non-Smoking Villa to offer which is personally decorated by the owners so you have the feel of a home with all the luxuries of a resort. The location is ideal - right on Medano Beach, the safest and most popular swimming beach in all of Los Cabos. Swim in the Sea of Cortez or one of three pools available for our guests. Villa La Estancia offers a 24 hour front desk concierge service, 24 hour security, pool-side restaurants, a beautiful fitness center, and a spectacular ocean view. You can also enjoy a swimming Jacuzzi, a supermarket, deli, ice cream parlor, internet cafe and pharmacy gift stores.

We offer an upper level ocean view unit that can accommodate two-six people. The suites are ideal for two people in the king bed, but can accommodate four more in the second bedroom. The spacious master baths have a jacuzzi tub, shower, twin sinks, and make-up area.

This 2200sq foot two bedroom, three bath condos feature a master bedroom with a king bed, comfortable sitting area with overstuffed chairs, desk area, Master Bath with jetted tub, shower, twin sinks, and make-up area. The second bedrooms have two queen beds and a private bath. The villa is equipped with free wifi too.

The fee is used exclusively for improving the quality of life in the working-class neighborhoods of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, in projects like beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, coastal wetland management, reforestation, and other sustainable programs. This is a governmental fee that is mandated by the local government; even though the fee is collected by the resort upon check-out.

While you may not be impacted by this, please be aware that there may be potential for loud noise, stemming from construction during your stay.
