This property is over the top!

Its is a phenomenal property in every respect. Location is perfect, walking to town on the beach. The service is better than any 5 star hotel, staff is great. So from food to gym to pool and appointments in the condo are perfect.

Perfect Vacation

We stayed here with our adult son and his friend to celebrate their graduate school graduation. We loved how there was a separate entrance to the 2nd bedroom so they could have privacy and stay up late without bothering others. The unit was updated, clean and quiet. The unit is walking distance to town where we toured most days. We BBQ’d every night and enjoyed the patio dining looking over the pool.We will come again!

One of our favorite Villas!

We have visited Cabo many times over the last 5 years and ALWAYS stay at Villa La Estancia. With the exception of 1 time, we have always been extremely happy with our accommodations. We typically stay in Building 1 but chose to stay in building 3 this time. We are so happy we did! This villa was located the perfect distance to the lobby / Market and the pool / beach. No climbing stairs.. which you don't have to as there are elevators. But I always seem to have to take the stairs for the exercise. Lol! It was so nice to not have to wait for an elevator or take stairs this time. The villa was in perfect shape and appears to have been remodeled. We loved the the bright colors that were chosen and one of the main reasons we chose this unit. We were a "little" disappointed we did not have access to the main pantry to store our food. So much of it had to sit out on the counter. Which is not a deal breaker, but if they could provide their guests access it would be nice so the place doesn't look so messy. Other than that 1 very small suggestion, we LOVED it and WILL request to book that same Villa next year.!

Family reunion

The villa was great, for us, beds very comfortable. The location is noisy because of restaurant below”LaCasona”, it did not effect us, we liked the music and noise, morning’s & night (til 11:00pm). Unfortunate for us we had persons with crutches & wheelchair and the elevators were not working, so one of us had to take them down the steep walkway. Overall we had a great time. Can’t wait to return.

Villa la Estancia was gorgeous and spacious. It had everything you could possibly want and more. Incredibly comfortable furnishings and huge balcony to enjoy the outdoors.The location of the property was perfect, and the grounds were impeccable. The fitness center was conveniently located and had everything you need with a gorgeous view! The pools were heated and beautiful. We loved how there were 5 different hot tubs, so they were never too crowded. The views of the ocean were breathtaking, and the service was first class. Every employee we met or passed were very friendly and helpful. The food at the pool was convenient , but nothing to brag about. Our family loved it and will definitely be back.
