“The apartment is in a lovely complex, however, the pool not available throughout our stay as it was being refurbished with the sound of drilling throughout the day time. We had not been made aware of this and would not have booked the apartment had we known. The owner was not in anyway accomodating towards making good by way of some compensation. “I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing!
We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience.
Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none.
We will definitely be back
