The room showed serious signs of neglect. Mold was present in the bathroom shower walls, with a persistent damp/musty smell throughout the room. The mattress was severely aged (appearing 20+ years old), which raised concerns about cleanliness and comfort.

The photos on this hotel are deceiving. It looks nice on the pictures but it doesn’t look the same. Our room is old and outdated. The pillows were so old and gross to use. Comforters old. Bathrooms gross and stinky. I just used the clothes as my pillow. I paid $100 for a room hoping that it would be nice and comfortable. I would only pay $40 for this type of hotel. This hotel need a complete renovation. I will not go back.

The day before arriving I was notified that if we weren't checked in by 4:00 pm we would forfeit our reservation. Our flight did not arrive in Los Mochis until after 5 pm and I had difficulty notifying the hotel of this late arrival. The phone number to call if we are late should be on this notification.

Parece hotel de carretera. Las habitaciones son feas, la seca rosa de cabello no sirve, no hay toalla para manos, no hay teléfono para marcar a recepción, no está programada la televisión (no la puedes usar), no ha plancha para ropa. En recepción no sabían donde nos podían proporcionar toallas para la alberca, nos dieron de las que pones para salir de la regadera que son chiquitas, tardamos 40 min en hace check-in.
